Directions from Interstate 95:
- Take Interstate 95 to Exit 45A (just southwest of Bangor).
- Take Interstate 395 (East) 5 miles to the end, Exit 6A.
- Take Route 1A (southeast, toward Acadia) 23 miles to the end.
- Route 1A runs into Route 1 at a traffic light in Ellsworth, continue straight ahead through the traffic light and you will be on Route 1 (East).
- In 1 mile, Route 1 forks to the left at a traffic light. Turn left, staying on Route 1.
- From that point, go 30.5 miles east on Route 1 to Route 1A in Milbridge.
- In Milbridge turn right on Route 1A, go 0.9 miles, crossing two bridges. Make your first left onto Kansas Road.
- The Guagus River Inn is 1.7 miles on your left.
